Information submitted through this website

The inquiry form collects the name, work email, company, optional company website, and follow-up challenge you choose to provide. Please do not submit customer personal data.

How the information is used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to your request, evaluate whether Response Handoff may fit your business, and maintain a record of the business conversation.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions are stored with the website infrastructure provider. Information may later be transferred to an authorized business CRM for follow-up and recordkeeping.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics.” It is configured without advertising cookies or Google signals and is used to understand page use, inquiry submissions, and voice-demo starts. You can change your choice through the Analytics preferences link in the website footer.

Live voice demonstration

If you choose to start the voice demonstration, your browser sends microphone audio to Retell AI so the demonstration agent can understand and respond to you. Demo calls are limited to 90 seconds and are configured to retain basic call attributes rather than call audio or transcripts. Please do not share customer data, payment information, or other sensitive information during a demonstration.
